"Zero Issues with the hotel great location clean room and friendly staff. Was a we bit freaked out when i went to leave after check out and did not realize the parking had two floors and for a few minutes thought my car was towed or stolen. Then remember when we left the parking garage from arriving we went down a flight of stairs. Nice clean city as well and it has been a long time since I have been in a city with such little amount of addiction. Kitchener job well done!"

"Very disappointed stay at HOME 2 Kitchener. Toilet was clogged and no one was available to fix it. There was no lighting and no notice, so we had to walk through a dark alley.Room service was only every other day, and the breakfast was very poor. Worst part was the manger’s response- after everything, he only offered a future room upgrade at Hilton hotel, assuming we’d come back. Wow! Not satisfied at all."

"Heated floor in bathroom was lovely, but there was confusion with my reservation and I did not end up with breakfast included which was sub-optimal. Parking was convenient and easy. "

"The hospitality at this hotel is lacking. The front desk team appeared indifferent and unhelpful. Instead of engaging with guests, they gave scripted responses that didn't address my specific needs. It’s frustrating when you feel like you're talking to a machine rather than a professional service team."
