"The place was beautiful and secure. However, we arrived very late due to a flight delay. The receptionist of the building seemed bothered by us getting there at 3 in the morning. We needed to take a shower due to the long day, but unfortunately the host left one towel knowing very well we were a family of 5. The air conditioning in the living room wasn’t working. We contacted the host to let them know about the a/c problem and to give us access to the pool, but the host never responded."
