"Pros: We really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect for us with a short drive to everywhere (having a rented car). The little sitting place in front of the house is absolutely gorgeous - I have not felt relaxed like this in a long time. It's completely quiet at night. "I loved it, the cactus garden outside my bedroom window, the rustic nature of the place and our host's care and friendliness. The place was clean, with a well equipped kitchen including a water filter tap. Lovely to be able to light a fire in the stove when chilly in the evening. Gautiza is very pretty and quiet. Discovered an area to swim nearby towards the end of the trip. And a wonderful coastal walk. The location is great. Highly recommend Sylvia's as a place to stay. "

"This apartment was fabulous, beautifully furnished to a high standard. 2 good sized bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer ceramic hob, coffee maker microwave and air fryer. There are 3 large tvs and wifi. The bathroom has a large shower, and a washing machine. There is a pretty courtyard to sit in, which is not overlooked. There is a supermarket and taverna nearby. A car is needed, we hired a car from the airport which was reasonably priced, and the apartment is situated halfway...

"Pools and rooms were clean. A lot of the pool loungers were broken but ample and the rooms were not soundproof at all. Housekeeping were very good and attentive. The food however, was not good at all. Beans at breakfast were like cold pebbles, the chocolate sauce for pancakes was more like chocolate water. For dinner, unless you like cold pasta or lots of seafood I wouldn’t recommend."
