Welcoming atmosphere, the hotel housekeepers cleaned my room and I’m grateful. Very comfortable. I was out and about exploring the city I didn’t stay in the room much other than rest and sleep and get ready, they are kind of small but very comfortable for me. So beautiful the hotel is. They have AC, and hot water which was very nice. I felt safe and that’s important to me. Thank you I am a happy customer 😊 I will be back to this hotel in the future! ⭐️

Great historic property in the heart of Guadalajara Centro. Our room and bathroom were a bit on the small side, but the AC, hot water and other amenities were all great and the hotel was an excellent base point for exploring the city on foot and by car. Loved that it was a historic location. Restaurant offered solid basic breakfast options to start the day. A bit more personality in the rooms (decor) would go a long way 😉 but definitely would stay here again for the value.

The hotel is convininetly located. Everything from restaurants, shopping center, and beautiful historical buildings are within walking distance. The hotel also has tour packages available. The hotel also offers transportation for an extra fee. The building itself had minor plumbing issues but it was taken care of. Staff was helpful and kind.

Comfortable room in a great location

Quick one night stay with my family. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. We loved the atmosphere, decor, and the location! Be aware that it is tricky pulling a car up to the entrance of the hotel as it is located on a tight street that doubles as a sidewalk. We had to honk at pedestrians to move off the street in order to pull up to the entrance - it was an interesting and funny experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Not listed (but a plus) is that the TVs in the rooms are smart TVs, so we were able to log into our Disney+ account which was a huge win because we had our children with us. AC didn’t work great and the rooms could use some updating but overall we had a nice stay.

The location is perfect walking distance to downtown Guadalajara. There’s lots of eating options around you. As for the hotel it’s self it’s always super clean and the staff was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that we had to return to the hotel before 9:30 PM to be able to park the car in the garage. Otherwise it would stay out on the street. Also, one of the reasons we ended up selecting this hotel in particular was because it had bar. But all they had was beers which is not what we were expecting. But other than that we really liked it.

the hotel is very central downtown , very well located, not fancy ,but clean , no amenities barely , but then again it is what is and what you are paying for .old but well kept , clean and safe , i was there for 2 nights alone no food service , no ice ,no kitchen in the night ,so either eat somewhere else or go to the oxxo crossing the street and buy munchies for dinner or later , breakfast is ok a la carte and extra pay no elevator only stairs staff was helpful carrying luggage upstairs very quiet at night they people on the night shift not so friendly not so helpful the ones in the morning very pleasing and helpful
