Deteriorado

Esta es la tercera vez que visitó este hotel y la verdad cada vez está peor , más deteriorado, sábanas rotas , el vitropiso del piso de las escaleras de la estrata están todos rotos y sueltos , lo único bueno es que está muy céntrico , pero ps está pasable por el precio ( si reservas por internet ,por qué si no es así ,no vale la.pena ya que el hotel por si solo cobra casi $700 la noche)

Me hicieron la reservación u pago online. Cuando llego al hotel resulta que aparece como no pagada y aunque les mostré la información donde decía pagada insistían que no, me tuvieron esperando como 35 min En lo que arreglaron eso y por fin me dejaron tomar mi habitación.

I've lived in Mexico 13 years. For the price it is a GREAT deal. My room was small with a king bed but the location is great. I would make this my first choice for a discount hotel anytime I go to Guadalajara. The staff jumped at every one of my requests, polite, friendly, clean. Walk out the door to the corner and have great coffee. 10 Blocks from San Juan de Dios the largest market in Mexico. I can't say enough and I travel often.

Mala estancia

En general estuvo regular, sé que no es un hotel de lujo pero hay cosas básicas que deben asegurar, no había reglamento, había gente gritando y corriendo por los pasillos en la noche y muy temprano, no dejaban dormir y nadie ponía orden, las toallas estaban rotas, la verdad no me gustó nada, muy incómodo.

La verdad esperaba más del hotel, esta muy descuidado, todo esta muy desgastado, poca higiene hay cucarachas y pulgas además de una gotera en el techo, no me gusto para nada.
