I had a great stay at this hostel thanks to the lovely staff. They are extremely helpful and welcoming. The hostel has a nice homely atmosphere and the roof top is great. Very close to the centre too!

The rooms were not at all as advertised and we slept in a mouldy room with the ceiling falling apart. The rooms are disgusting and not at all clean. We almost checked out immediately. We booked a room with a private bathroom, but there are none so we had a shared bathroom which wasn’t clean or well maintained. The staff played loud music and videos on their phones into the early hours of the morning. It felt like nobody slept at all so all hours of the day and night were noisy. This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed.

El lugar y el servicio no fueron nada de mi agrado. Intenté comunicarme con ellos desde un día antes, utilizando diferentes números telefónicos, pero nunca contestaron. Finalmente, solo respondieron hasta el mismo día de mi llegada. También acudí personalmente al lugar para preguntar sobre sus otros servicios, pero nadie me abrió ni atendió. La habitación Karma fue lo peor de mi experiencia. Se encontraba sucia y había diferentes insectos. Honestamente, la habitación no es como aparece en las fotografías. El colchón estaba directamente en el piso y los resortes se sentían al acostarse. Además, en las orillas del colchón había suciedad de color amarillo y estaba roto. Únicamente colocaron una sábana de cajón y una sábana normal. La puerta de la habitación también se atoraba constantemente. Por otro lado, varios de los elementos que aparecen en las fotografías no estaban disponibles: no había ni la mesa, ni los burós, ni el sillón tipo puff. En general, considero que el lugar no cumplió con lo que ofrece en sus fotografías ni con mis expectativas, y la atención recibida tampoco fue satisfactoria.

Todo excelente, muy amigables y atentos todos. El desayuno es algo muy ligero pero estuvo bien. Solo no hay mucha señal y el internet no llega en los cuartos, hay que salir al área común. Pero todo muy ameno.
