「Super friendly and wonderful staff, quiet and cozy place to stay at Rehoboth with a very clean and rustic feel. They offer a nice continental breakfast and coffee all day. It's a bit of a distance from the ocean, though, and the location is in an area of high volume of traffic, but is very quiet and restful. There was not a single issue. Recommended!」

「Nice renovation! Staff were wonderful— friendly, warm and helpful. We really enjoyed the common areas and breakfast/snacks. There are comfortable furnishings throughout the property. Sounds made in adjacent rooms are audible but most guests seemed to understand this and maintain a quiet environment. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.」
「Property located at the northern end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. There are no stores/restaurants within 1-2 block radius, which is nice if you want to have a quiet stay. At the same time, the main shopping/restaurant street is within 5-10 min walking.
There are several entrances to the public beach in front of the hotel, and you can rent beach chairs/umbrellas for $10/$20 per day, respectively, from a number of stands on the beach.
