「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. 「My first time in this hotel in Jersey, the hotel, staff and room were all very good, the inclusion of a pool and adequate gym suited me for the 7 nights I was there. The weather was very warm and the garden space to relax was also a good addition. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended.」
