Terra Bella - mini Villa vue mer

In the commune of Grosseto-Prugna, we offer this charming 50 mÂČ terraced house with sea view for rental, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a pretty 21 mÂČ living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a large 50 mÂČ terrace from which you can enjoy the sea view and the sunshine. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
Ground floor :
- A bright 21 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa and armchair.
- A mid-floor open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee maker... and dining area.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).

Outside :
- A 50 mÂČ terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.

Common area of the residence:
- Two shared, unheated swimming pools, open from June 1 to September 20. One 2 minutes' walk from the house and the other 5 minutes' walk (with a sea view).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, mini-barbecue, fan.

The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in very pleasant surroundings, just a 15-minute walk from the beaches and center of Porticcio. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities :
- Visit Ajaccio: old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...
- Hiking on the Iles Sanguinaire, on the shores of Lac de Tolla, on foot or by bike.
- Casino, cinema, Thalasso, Spa, Accrobranche, Bowling, Horse-riding, PĂ©tanque, Golf, Karting, Paint-Ball, Parascending, Tennis, Mountain biking, diving club, sea excursions.
- Swimming, relaxation or water sports on the coast, boat trip, fishing, diving.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the apartment.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- MUVIMARE maritime shuttles between Porticcio pontoon and Ajaccio's Tino Rossi port.
- Réseau Corse Méditerranée bus service to Ajaccio.
- Ajaccio train station 15.5 km away (20 minutes).
- Ajaccio ferry terminal 16 km (23 minutes by car), links to Marseille and Toulon.
- Ajaccio airport 11 km away (13 minutes by car).

- A pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Terra Bella - mini Villa vue mer "Logement propre Terrasse au top , tres spacieuse , avec une trĂšs belle vue sur la mer de Porticcio. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Emplacement idĂ©al pour visiter les alentours . DiffĂ©rentes plages qui sont magnifiques Ă  20 minutes en voiture . Centre ville trĂšs animĂ© la journĂ©e comme le soir ( on entend la musique jusqu'Ă  2h) . De trĂšs bons restaurants . Petit clin d’Ɠil, vĂ©rifier la bouteille de gaz pour Ă©viter qu'elle vous lĂąche en pleine cuisson . Une petite climatisation aurait Ă©tĂ© la bienvenue mais dans chaques chambres il y a des ventilateurs . Bonne communication avec la personne qui s’occupait du logement que se soit Ă  l’arrivĂ©e comme au dĂ©part. TrĂšs arrangeante pour les horaires ( merci ) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ."

Nice apartment but little comfort in summer

I really missed a good communication to get to the apartment, like a plan of where to go. The manager wasn’t very willing to help after I addressed some missing things like a working ventilator. The nights were a drag because of that plus the noise coming from the village every night until at least 2:30 am. If there should be WiFi, and airco in the house it would be worth the price, because for the rest it is a very nice place with lovely terras.

Der Innenbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Ecken einen Neuanstrich gebrauchen. Die Kommunikation mit Audrej, dem Verwalter der Wohnung, war gut und sehr zuverlĂ€ssig. En revanche, ce qu’on ne voit pas sur les photos, c’est que c’est un lotissement de plusieurs maisons / appartements. Nous sommes Ă  proximitĂ© directe des voisins et le logement n’est pas bien isolĂ©, donc on entend tout. Nous avons voyagĂ© avec notre fils de 23 mois et c’était assez bruyant. Si vous recherchez le calme je le dĂ©conseille."

Terra Bella - mini Villa vue mer "Épuisant !!! Logement non isolĂ©s alors que tous les logements autour ont des volets bois ou roulants et certains pompes 🙂 Uniquement les Ă©quipements ! 🙁 Tout le reste ! La propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer 
 Il faut savoir que des chats sont venus uriner sur le clic clac convertible oĂč nos filles dormaient.. ainsi que sur les tapis et coussins de sol qui sentaient l’urine. Matelas tachĂ© de taches rouges/marrons.. matelas du clic clac en trĂšs mauvaise Ă©tat Ă  remplacer d’urgence 
 et remplacer tous les coussins housse de clic clac housse du rocking-chair etc
 (tout Ă©tait sale et sentait l’urine..) Au passage, petit mot des propriĂ©taires sur le frigo bien Au courant « merci de ne pas laisser entrer les chats du quartier dans la maison ». En rĂ©sumĂ©, aucune excuse, ils sont bien au courant de l’état du duplex
. Chambre du haut SANS VOLETS, aucune isolation, chaleur intenable, nous dormions les fenĂȘtres ouvertes avec les musiques des discothĂšques insupportables TOUS LES SOIRS jusqu’à 2h30 du matin !! Boules quies obligatoires 
 Lorsque nous mangeons sur la table en extĂ©rieur les voisins sont Ă  3 mĂštres, autant partager nos discussions
 (il suffirait simplement d’un brise vue pour le respect de chacun
) Personne ne nous a accueilli Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, pas de caution de 300€ comme il Ă©tait prĂ©vu (maintenant nous savons pourquoi
) et personne Ă  notre dĂ©part juste bien dĂ©poser en espĂšces les 78€ pour les trois jeux de draps.. (ce qui Ă©tait prĂ©vu, pas de soucis sur ce point, draps propres Ă  notre arrivĂ©e) TrĂšs déçus pour le prix payĂ© !! 3063€ pour 9 nuits. A fuir absolument, cette mini Villa doit ĂȘtre restaurĂ©e et isolĂ©e afin que le sĂ©jour soit vivable. MERCI !!"
