The spacious private terrace, protected by awnings, is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a cozy lounge corner with a small sofa. It is the perfect place for breakfast, aperitifs or relaxing moments in the shade of the pine forest.

The interiors are welcoming and functional, designed for a comfortable family stay. The living area includes a >fully equipped kitchen, dining table, chairs and TV, creating a practical and pleasant space. The master bedroom features a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom with a bunk bed is ideal for two children. The modern bathroom has a shower, and a small utility room houses a washing machine, sink and refrigerator.

The beaches of Marina di Grosseto are easily reachable on foot and are perfect for familiesthanks to the gently sloping seabed.
