Apartment Bruno at Principina a Mare

This delightful apartment in Tuscany is located at the entrance of the avenue leading to Principina Mare, the beaches and the sea.

It is located within a complex of terraced apartments, which can only be accessed by residents and guests who also have a reserved private parking space.



Each apartment has a small fenced garden that ensures privacy and leads to a covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs where you can have your meals outdoors in total privacy.



The terrace leads to the living room with another dining table and two armchairs and to the fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, refrigerator and induction hob.

Also on the ground floor you find a spacious bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a shower.



A staircase located at the end on the right side of the living room leads to a large basement room. Here you find another double bed and a single bed. The very large room is brightened by beautiful colored walls, paintings and lamps and also has its own bathroom.



The apartment is connected to the sea, which is about 2.5 km away, through a comfortable cycle path that runs along the pine forest of Principina and which crosses the little village where you find various shops, barsand restaurants and all necessary services.



Guests can use the Rio Grande Sporting Club, located directly in front of the apartment.

Two swimming pools (for adults and children), a bar/pizzeria, and a self-service restaurant are available to club guests. Admission is €10.00 for adults and €8.00 for children, and includes access to all the club's amenities.



This apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a serene outdoor and seaside vacation in Maremma and Principina.



But if you want to take advantage of Principina’s central position in the Maremma and Tuscany to do some sight seeing and excursions you only have the embarrassment of choice: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto Santo Stefano, Punta Ala, the beautiful cities in Maremma of Pitigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano Spas…. and much more.

Guests have the whole apartment for themselves as well as the garden, the outdoor area and the terrace.



We are always at your service to help guests if necessary but also to give good tips and information for a successful vacation: restaurants, bars, sights, excursion, great beaches…



Not included in the rental price:

- Final cleaning € 90,00 to be payed on arrival

- Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 20,00 per person and stay.



Until June 15th and from September 16th it is possible to book the apartment starting from a minimum of three nights
