"Very clean and spacious hotel in a desirable yet quiet part of the city. Concert venues were nearby and easy to get to. Lots of things to do in the area such as shop and eat plenty. Had no issues whatsoever apart from there being no microwave in our room, but otherwise an exceptional stay with amazing staff. "

"My partner had to clean a dirty blocked sink at 1am when we got home. From previous guests, sink clogged with hair and was disgusting. Super hard to close the windows too. Need to climb up on the desk. Staff are super friendly though - just not worth the price - May as well stay at ibis budget. Great location. "

"First room we were given smelled, carpet was wet. AC was turned off on mains. When we turned it on it started dripping water onto the already wet carpet hence the smell in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful and moved us to a different room. Second room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we got moved again to a third room which was good."

"Booked a room 7 months in advance, was given a completely different room upon check-in, of lesser value. Wasn’t told this was going to be the case during check-in, was told the a staff member that nothing could be done as there were no rooms available. Towels and bath mat were stained and mold in the shower, was very disappointing."
