"The room was great!! It was extremely spacious for a budget friendly hotel in Paris. It has two big windows that opened up to hear the beautiful city of Paris. The bathroom was separated from the main room which is a nice touch of privacy. The lobby was really nice and the surrounding area has great restaurants and is super close to the metro"

"The location of the hotel is perfect in the heart of the city. You can walk to Notre Dame, Louvre and Seine and take metro everywhere else. You should know that the rooms are European size- which means small and there is no fridge or microwave. The rooms are very clean and the staff is fantastic. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Horrible experience. Within one hour of being there (we checked in at 10pm), there were ants all over the floor and spiders everywhere. We tried to reach someone who worked at the property and they were so unresponsive, the Expedia team got involved and helped us out by calling their management team. Finally someone came to our room and they sprayed a toxic fume to kill the bugs all over the place with us still in the room, we ran out coughing and unable to breathe. We ultimately decided to leave as all of the furniture and our luggage’s were sprayed with this toxic spray. The bottle indicated the room should be evacuated for minimum 4 hours and its 12am at this point so where were we supposed to sleep? The hotel did not have any other room available so we had to relocate and find another accommodation at 1am. The member at the hotel said they’d issue a refund and agreed they made a mistake with spraying the room with the toxic spray. Only for the next day, they declined issuing us a refund. Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here even to my worst enemy."

"The 2 twin beds and the sleeper sofa had really firm beds. No pillow top. The bathroom was cleaned very well. The location is right in the heart of lots of Asian food places. We did not have breakfast. The room key stays with hotel and then you pick it up upon your return. The front desk gives you a key and you have to go downstairs in the tiny lift to drop off bags for storage if the room is not ready. Which means you have access to other people’s bags. Scary thought. I would stay here again and just not store my bags."

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"Loved the Express Breakfast and an evening drink in the bar. Front desk and bar staff were lovely. Fernando was very helpful and responsive when we needed help with the lights. All around great experience."

"I was told by one employee that breakfast was included and a different employee charged me during my check out for said breakfast so I’m not sure what to make of that. Besides that everything was great."

"Positives: - Room was clean and spacious. - There was well functioning air conditioning. - Location was also good and central. - Free minibar drinks was a nice bonus. Improvement areas: - The bed was uneven so I slept on one side. - I was disappointed to be placed in a ground floor room as the hotel was fully booked so there was limited natural light in my room. I’d recommend requesting a room on the upper floors before booking. - The reception staff weren’t very friendly and could improve in their customer service overall. - For a 4 star hotel, I’d expect distinct shampoo as well as conditioner in the room. There was only a joint shampoo/body wash."

"The hotel staff were extremely helpful, responsive to requests, and very friendly. It's not the fanciest place, but we needed a place to sleep that was near everything, and it more than succeeded in that regard. Great if you're looking for a Spartan room to stay. Near the metro, walking distance to many sights. Boulangerie nearby is good quality. Internet is a little slow, but functional and included. Don't know what the tv is like didn't use it at all. Check in and out was easy. Stayed two weeks, was comfortable enough to not impact my sleep schedule. Price was great. Would stay again."
