"The best hotel room and experience EVER. The concierge team was phenomenal. They greeted me and my mom as soon as we stepped in the doorway and did everything to assist us during our 7 night stay in the St. Anne duplex. The team called cabs, directed us to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and the best walking directions to popular sites in the area. The Louvre Museum was a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The neighborhood was so safe and walkable. The room made you feel so comfortable. It provided space and separation for us. The cleaning staff were wonderful and the amenities fantastic. The bedding was unbelievable, the most comfortable mattress other than my own, and the pillows were great too. This will be my hotel anytime I return to Paris and I will plan my trip around the St. Anne Room. The surrounding restaurants were great with variety and take away options. "

"Hôtel Excelsior Opéra has an unbeatable location—everything is walkable and super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and efficiently served. I’d absolutely stay here again for the comfort and service alone."

"Had a lovely stay here for my birthday weekend and was welcomed with a kind note and a box of chocolates in my room. Room and beds were clean, as was the bathroom and the provided products felt great and luxurious. Was happy to find out free water and refills came with the booking which is quite rare nowadays. Great location as well, close to several metro stations and grocery stores, cafes etc. Huge thanks to the front desk staff as well for being accomodating and overall a wonderful stay."
