「Our first time to Greenville and I want to come back! Our Hosts were so communicative and gave us a list of their favorite places. We were in walking distance for just about everything. The apartment was a major find. The space is so well decorated I’m thinking of repainting my house. Love love. Not to mention also comfortable and a nice neighborhood. Thanks y’all!」

「Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.」

「Fabulous location! Walk to West End restaurants, shops and bars in 5 minutes. A 15 minute walk to downtown and all its attractions. Quiet neighborhood. You hear your neighbors in the single story building but nobody was crazy. How to sound proof the building? Small place but adequate for our needs.」

「This is perfect for a weekend getaway for a family of 4 (or less). The Swamp Rabbit Trail is easily accessible (within walking/running distance), as is the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery. Hampton Station is a short drive, and downtown is just a little further (still less than 5 minutes). All of the essentials are covered, from coffee maker (single or carafe), freezer/fridge combo, cooking and kitchen prep materials, and even laundry facilities. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s.」

The TV nor internet worked. The stick to close blinds in master bedroom is so short I had to get a chair & climb to close the blinds. 」
