"It’s was good for short stay."

"We planned this trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday and from the point of check I wish I had book some place else. There was an hour 1/2 wait for the check in line, Rewind, on Friday at 4am I received an email that the park would close at 12noon on Sunday. We checked in Saturday & was told the park closed at 9, only to be ask to leave at 8pm. The sliding door handles were broke off and the lamp shade fell off on my daughter’s head( she was fine). Camelback was not the experience we anticipated. However Sunday morning the waitress paid for my daughters breakfast and they brought her a balloon to our table. Christal was our waitress and she was amazing and Dia and Megan whom I’m assuming wawere managers was awesome as well!! I give credit where its due!"

"We were definitely disappointed with our stay. At check in, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. And while they did offer a full refund if we wanted to book elsewhere-that would have been very stressful to do after a long drive. We may have booked elsewhere had we known prior to checking in. The hotel is more of a motel feel and is right next to the highway so the road noise was fairly loud in the rooms at night. The breakfast was disappointing. Being served food, at the bar, was ok but the service was not very welcoming and the food wasn't very consistent. The food on day 1 was ok, but on days 2 and 3 it was cold or burnt. The pictures on their website of the breakfast was not accurate at all. The bathroom was in bad shape. The floor of the bathtub was stained and torn up, the shower curtain bar almost fell off while I was in the shower, and the shower head was actually hanging off the wall. It was also not well maintained: discolored caulking & stained floors. There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom so we had to wait a while for the steam to clear out of the bathroom before we could dry our hair. We did let the front desk know about the shower curtain rod and shower head and they did tighten the shower curtain rod. The Lounge is a great idea and it was really nice to be able to grab some food and drinks later in the evening. The bar staff was very friendly and the food was good bar food. "

"The property was clean and quiet. Love it there just the bed was too low to the floor. Overall great getaway."

"The hotel was nice. Particularly loved the rounded loveseat in the room! It was close to University of Scranton, which is why we were visiting. Close to Lake Scranton which was also lovely to visit. "

"We checked and Peter was really good, once we got to our room #111, the fridge was filthy with black mold. The microway was disgusting and neither had been cleaned. I went to the desk and Peter moved us to another room which was much improved. Breakfast this morning was really good with a nice selection"

"When we got to the room I found a piece of condom rap on the floor and there was a small insect crawling on the wall. The activities wasn’t bad could’ve been better"
