We told staff and got another room which was better (club room) but still had some blood? Stain on the walls and windows were marked with hand marks but I was too embarrassed to complain again. The corridors, lifts and general areas were grubby. We have stayed at Hull, Chester, Edinburgh and this was by far a total letdown."
