We clean up after ourselves and have never damaged anything. We didn't think we should have been required to purchase that expensive insurance for a two day stay."

The new, modern finishes were very nice and we felt comfortable at all times including during both sunny days and thunderstorms. The kitchen was furnished with the cookware and utensils we needed. Note to future renters, bring your own toiletries (including soap) and any condiments for cooking (except salt & pepper which is provided). The loon and bald eagle topped our lovely stay.
