「A lovely place to stay! Small but never felt that way with the furnishings and smart storage design. We loved the area, walking distance to 3 different sections with dining and stores. Perfect location if you need to be at St Vincent’s. Laundry was convenient and street parking was always available. Highly recommend!」

「I chose this property for two reasons: the nearness to a friend whose birthday I was celebrating and the price. What I didn’t expect was the pair of cupcakes waiting for me and the amount of communication to make sure everything was going well. 「All around excellent! My friend and I stayed here for a girls trip. Super close to everything. So convenient and easy. 100% walkable to everything. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice bath towels. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood but we enjoyed sitting on the beautiful front porch in the mornings and watch all the students and tourists pass by. The kitchenette had all the basics we needed, but being so close to so many great dining options we didn’t have a need for...

「Our host (Luke) was VERY responsive when we had questions prior to & during our stay. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom, which was nice. The location was good for us in relation to where our daughter moved, but also to the beach, shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.」
