The villa is completely standalone with its own front private garden, BBQ, seating area, and pool—these are not shared with any other guests. Nearby, there is the owner’s house, which is fully separated, as well as another Airbnb property, but each house is independent and private.

The villa is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away from Kos Town, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. The town's historical and cultural landmarks, such as the Castle of the Knights and the Ancient Agora, are also worth exploring.

Noise and Respect: Please be considerate of the peaceful environment and the neighboring properties. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for all neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy: The villa has a maximum occupancy limit 6 person, which must be strictly adhered to. Exceeding the stated number of guests without prior arrangement is not permitted.

Pets Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the villa to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Security and Valuables: While every effort has been made to provide a secure environment, please ensure that you lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.

Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by responsible adults when using the pool. Diving or running on the pool deck is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please follow all posted guidelines and safety instructions.
