All of the staff we have interacted with have been the most caring and attentive people I have ever met, especially at the Makuti bar day in day out they even recommended us some films to watch. The pictures of the place you see are exactly what you get. If you are like us and do not often experience people waiting on you hand and foot it’s a surreal experience but something that makes the trip So amazing. The dining experience - just WOW! Food I have never tasted to be so amazing! Always have the lamb medium rare you won’t regret it. Welcome drinks on arrival and they let you enjoy everything how you want to not how they expect you too. "We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. The staff retrieves and brings your luggage all the way to your pickup area and they even let us store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santorini. We would definitely stay again! "

"We had a wonderful holiday at Bella Beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the vibe was friendly and relaxed. It benefits from being a smaller hotel, when compared with some of the adjacent properties. We stayed in late October, so the hotel was naturally quieter, but there was still plenty on offer for guests, and particularly for families. A couple of the noted facilities (mini golf etc.) are no longer available on site, but that didn't detract from our stay. The location is also good; 20mins drive from Heraklion airport and within 60-90mins of many of the popular attractions. Our only observation is that some guests may feel that the five-star rating is misleading, but I think that's possibly a subjective point. This is a quality hotel, but it isn't the high-end luxury that some might expect of five stars. However, it is still excellent and, frankly, suited us better as a family just the way it was. "
