    "The breakfast was table service not full buffet but it was okay for free breakfast. The lady at check-in was very helpful. She checked us in early so i had more time to sleep. She was also very helpful and lovely to chat to. She went out of her way to find another room that was free that was able to check-in early. Very happy with her customer service"

    "My son and I stayed the Templeton Garden for four nights. We received small but adequate room. Unfortunately, there were many, many stains on the carpet, and an unsatisfactory amount of scuffs and dirt on the walls. In the hotel description the room was supposed to have a refrigerator. What the room really had was a box that looked like a refrigerator, but did not have a cold temperature setting. Interestingly, there were multiple items for you to purchase from the non-refrigerator box,..."

    "Yes, I knew it was a no frills underground hotel but it was exceptionally overpriced for what you got. I paid £167 for room and breakfast (which was very basic). It was worth tops £80. The bed, is very low down, there is no door on the shower, so the bathroom floods, even with a bathmat, as that gets very soggy. There's no TV, no shelf to put your bathroom bag, no shelf to put little belongings, like phone and water, watch etc. I had to move rooms as the tube was very loud in the room. ..."
