Old carpet, curtians stained and marked, the material chairs are filthy dirty, shower curtain too short in shower/bath and water runs all over bathroom floor, nothing to hold onto getting over the bath, to get into the shower( slip hazard). Balcony no outdoor chairs or little coffee table."

"For a hotel of this standard, there were some letdown areas. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and while there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking experience around what was/wasn’t offered at the hotel. "
