"My stay was ok if it wasn’t for an incident when I arrived the first nigh to find out that they don’t have my room that I reserved for over a month ready. I reserved and paid for a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 6, when I got there around midnight, the front disk informed me that they don’t have the suite available, and I have to accept a one bedroom that I have to figure out how to sleep 6 people. The front desk staff was not friendly about the situation at all, so I had my wife and two kids sleeping on a king bed, me and my son on a sleeping sofa, and my youngest daughter sleeping on the floor. Worst night ever. The next day at 8, I stop at the front desk to make sure they are working on resolving the issue and getting us the 2 bedroom suite that was supposed to have, the staff insured me that I will have my 2 room as soon as housekeeping clean at 10 am. I go on with my plans for the day to come back around 6:30 pm to find out that they don’t have anything ready and that I’m on a waiting list. That’s when I lost my cool and demanded a room, staff still were not showing any signs of urgency to solve my problem and called security. After going back and forth with them the manager magically takes me ID and disappears for 15 minutes and comes back with my id and the keys for a 2 bedroom suite. So they had a room, but were planning on giving it to someone else. "

"Very clean room, full kitchen and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Navigating the property was confusing at times. Floaties were hard to come by at the lazy river. "

"Westgate is the only place I stay in Orlando! Everything there is amazing! Staff, pool, dining, service etc… Excellent!"

"Loved staying here! Rooms were clean, pools better then I imagined, and breakfast was plentiful. Only 10ish minutes from Disney. Only complaint is the bathroom design (if you know you know) but the rest of the positives outweighs the negative. "

"The property is renovated but stay away from this hotel. The windows are paper thin and if you get a room highway-side then you will be AWAKE ALL NIGHT. For god sake at least put double glazed windows if not the sound deadening ones. Why a single glass window next to a highway in 2026? NO ELEVATOR, good luck carrying your suitcases up the stairs! Stayed five nights and NO ROOM service. Had to ask to get fresh towels. People were rightfully dumping there garbage next to ice machines. NOT Recommended and NEVER staying there again. Also hate the barn doors on bathrooms, no latches and lack of hooks to hang any thing. Where am i supposed to put the clothes when changing or showering?"
