「Such a great and cozy find! Walking distance to museum, great places to eat, and a beach. Housekeeping staff was very helpful. The owner Margie added personal touches as well. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Definitely a gem in Santurce. 」

「良かった点は、とても親切でフレンドリーなオーナーです。大晦日の夜の到着でしたが、特別な伝統料理のディナーを振る舞ってくれました（有料ですが。） また部屋も広くシャワーやトイレの水回りも清潔でした。 犬2匹と猫2匹がいます。とても人懐っこくて本当に可愛い ロケーションは革命広場の近くですが、旧市街へは30分くらい歩きます。旧市街までの道のりはローカルエリアをがっつり通ることになり、ハバナのリアルな生活環境を垣間見ながら歩くことになります。治安は問題ないですが、ゴミが多かったり道が汚かったりと少し難あり」

「Dianne & Cordell are a absolutely lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My room was huge and beautiful, and the view from my patio was magnificent. The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience.」

「Accueil sympathique et attentionné, même tardivement. Carlo est très gentil, poli et nous a aidées pour les valises. La chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. L’immeuble est vieux et le rez de chaussé aussi mais c’est l’ambiance du quartier : une fois au 1er étage tout est bien et de bon goût et à tout moment nous n’oses sommes senties en sécurité. En revanche, pas mal de bruit de musique la nuit, mais c’est le jeu dans ce quartier de La Havane. Restaurants juste à côté et de...

Sans oublier une belle maison avec chambre très bien tenue , propre agréable bien décorée. Une superbe terrasse où l’on peut prendre nos repas qui sont agrémentés certaines soirées par des concerts Julia la patronne est super accueillante et sympathique . le personnel est sur la même dynamique Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit chaleureux comme à la maison 」

「Second time guest. Best place in Havana. Mirexis, Diana, and Andy are most awesome hosts. Clean house, clean rooms, backyard paradise. They arrange taxi, restaurants, etc. Excellent bar / restaurant just around the corner. Hated to leave. 」

「This is absolutely a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Havana! It is beautiful, comfortable and every single staff member is a delight!! The decorations in the property are so unique, everywhere you turn there is something interesting to look at. The staff members are so helpful, even when there was a language barrier, we worked through it together and laughed. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant across the street we feel in love with and dined there...

「Privately own and operated guest house / hotel. Modern and for Cuban standards could pass as upscaled. My room however was very small and much smaller than expected from the property pictures and did not have any windows. It was also very close to the lobby door, so guests returning late and knocking to a door so the staff could let them in, unfortunately where waking me up. Unfortunately unlike a real hotel so in the area with own power generators, this property is not immune to power...
