"Pros: Front desk person was nice, room was clean, bed comfortable, and they had a bare bones breakfast. Cons: Entire place smelled disgusting. Reaked of pot and cigraette smoke. No way to get that smell out of the nonsmoking room I was in, and it made my clothes reak of it too. Which is embarrassing given I don’t smoke or do any THC products. I have a photo of the fact that they put a plastic covering over the smoke detectors too, which is sketchy and franky seems illegal. At around 0530AM I was awakened Sat morning by the most insane domestic disturbance I have ever heard. Two people, a male and a female, yelled loudly for about 1 hour. Thought there was going to be gunshots next with how terrible it sounded. It didn’t feel safe. Never ever want to go back, which is sad. It is clear that they do try to keep it clean, but these type of things just makes it not ideal for someone to stay over and get any degree of rest. "

"Overall the stay was good, one thing I would change is the showers. The water pressure was terrible but it got my hair clean. The more frustrating part about it was that the curtains were cloth and the water leaked onto the floor no matter what. It would also be nice if they had drawers for clothes instead of cabinet shelves. Also the closet itself was severely lacking in space. Other than that it was convient, clean and quiet."

"Parking was easy. But there were lots of things left out. And the bad reviews were correct on this one! Stains ont the tubs (rust) the shower was very slippery and I almost fell - the chemicals from the previous cleaning werer clearly still present. The establishment had a strange odor to mask the smell which made it worst. The bar looked really dingy so we decided to pass on it. Lets not mention the sheets with stains on them. This was a 1st and the last time there! "

"The breakfast was late so we had to miss out. The staff was super friendly, helpful about the area, and knowledgeable about public transportation. The room was tiny but felt same. Cleanliness in the room could be improved. "

"I would strongly advise future customers to stay away from this option. We arrived in town for a funeral and were met with a filthy, disgusting lobby area that does NOT reflect what was shown in the photos. It smelled like chemicals, but that was an attempt to cover up the intense smell of smoke. We got to the room, which could barely fit two people in it at one time, and there was no functioning heat in 30 degree temperatures. Upon letting the only working staff member know, he brought in a space heater, which made the electricity in the entire building go out. When I asked if I could please have a refund so that I may take my two children to a different local hotel, I was given a phone number that I called about 30 time that no one would answer. This place is an absolute nightmare and I would urge others to look elsewhere. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great property. We didn’t make it to the breakfast area in the morning so I can’t comment on that but there was always cold water available which I appreciated. "

"We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"
