「Overall pleasant and quiet little apartment with friendly neighbours and helpful staff. Desperately needs a new shower curtain and some basic cleaning products would have been nice (toilet bleach, washing up liquid).

「I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and tried their best to understand my limited English. They were very helpful throughout my stay.
The security guards and porters were always friendly and welcoming. I was traveling with a young child in a stroller, and one guard kindly suggested we wait in the lobby instead of outside for our Grab ride, since it was hot. Their thoughtfulness really stood out.
