"This hotel is in an excellant location. Our room overlooked the beach and water and had a balcony with chairs for sitting outside. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I especially liked the updated room decor and the laundry room for guests. The hotel has been updated from an older facility and some parts look older. The breakfast had some fresh items which included waffles, eggs, apples, juices and biscuits and gravy and items were refilled. A highlight of our stay was watching the sunrise from our room and balcony."

"Excellent location in Town Center, Virginia Beach. Parking included at a parking garage across the street. We did not eat at the hotel. There were multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. Shopping nearby, although we were there for a family function & did not take advantage of it. Room had a kuerig, small refrigerator & a microwave which was great for the restaurant leftovers:) Would highly recommend!"

"The property was nice…clean, good fitness center, room was fine. We booked through Expedia for only a 1 night stay and when we arrived to check in, they didn’t have any of the type of room we reserved, so they downgraded. The front desk person basically said our room wasn’t guaranteed because we booked through Expedia. We would stay again but book with the hotel directly."

"I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid over $300. The environment was extremely loud, the bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly, and there were no towels available after using the pool. The pool itself was nice, but that was one of the few positives. We also had to pay extra for parking, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, we never even got the chance to try the breakfast because security accused us of smoking and removed us from the hotel. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not worth the money at all."
