"Really lovely room, older style, well priced hotel in the very centre of Andover. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Because the room was on the front, sadly, it was noisy at night - the Redbridge pub is open until 11pm most nights, midnight on Thursdays and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays !!!! Maybe request a room at the back of the hotel if you like a quieter night - but, of course, if you like a good night out why not join them! Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Our room decor was very tired and tatty, the shower was no more than warm, the plug in the sink was broken and the shower had no hand held wand so you had to get wet all over. The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok."

"Probably one of the worst 3 star hotel bedrooms (room 12) we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, ceiling paint was peeling off, shower seal was broken causing the floor to flood, toilet roll holder was hanging off, soap dispenser was broken, door handle did not work and signs of damp or roof leak staining on the ceiling. The bedroom was no better, window was rotten and could not be opened. Paint peeling off the window and radiator, black mould on the window catch, provided fan was...
