「This place was a GEM for our family trip to the Dallas area. Our group was 7 adults. The rooms were exactly as described in the listing, and there was plenty of space for all uf us to be comfortable. The property was a new construction duplex, two-story, and it is furnished with simple and modern decor/furniture. The kitchen had nice new appliances. 「We had a great experience. Property managers were very punctual in communication and helpful when needed. The property could have been a bit cleaner. The frying pans were put away dirty, the drawers had crumbs in them ect.. But, the majority was clean and comfortable. 「Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. 」

「We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!」

"The hotel interior is nice and swimming pool is really attractive especially for family. The staff was kind, but the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive (30 dollars / person). Also, bed sheets of our room were not replaced because we left the room around 9:30 which might be late for cleaning staff, so they only replaced bottle of water and towels. I hope they should have replaced the sheets after we left the room."
