「First the good: Our rooms were clean and the beds including mattresses were new and great to sleep on. I loved that there weren’t any carpets that usually collect dirt and smell badly. The a/c seemed to be brand new, worked very well and was quiet. The two rooms we occupied were both very quiet. Each room had a fairly big clean fridge and well working microwave. 「The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.」
