「Wonderful stay - perfect for our multi-generational "girl's trip." The staff was responsive and friendly, parking was easy and convenient, neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm visiting Portland. 」

「Hotel room was beautiful and staff were super kind. Really enjoyed for our stay in Portland. Only note: there is a shelter across the street, which leads to some mentally unstable folks sitting outside while they are waiting for beds and such and they can get loud. Lobby locks after 10 or 11 and none of them seemed actually threatening, so safety not really a concern, but just be prepared for the surrounding area and noise, the windows don’t block a lot of noise.」
「When I arrived at 10 am, while regular check-in time is 3 pm, reception staff kindly kept baggage and have let me known by mobile when the room is available. So I could enjoy downtown until checked in much earlier. Location is excellent (1 min walk from MAX rail both directly connects to downtown and international airport). Room is cozy. However, I felt some smell (probably wax of floor or wall paint). Facilities are OK while they are not so updated.」
