The place was very run down. Beds were comfortable though. The room I was in had a connected door to the room next to me which I could hear everything through including children crying at midnight and moderate volume music and talking.

Very convenient with access to the convention center. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy. The rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast offerings were lackluster, but it’s very close to other options for breakfast on your way to the convention center.

The property it was OK. The only I’m concerned and now really happy it’s about the breakfast providing it was not too much selection and it was not enough space from the room. It was excellent. I was having issues couple times with the keys trying to enter to the door and it was a couple times I had to change it in the front lobby with no problem. The location is excellent. It’s not too bad is close by where I went with my kids so it was OK for that.

I chose this place because it was within walking distance of the Moda Center. It definitely has an older vibe and look Musty hallways and rooms, unfortunately. The free breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal coffe/juice.

Noisy, no staff at night to deal with complaints. Outdated furnishings, but pretty clean. You're just not going to sleep here without pharmaceutical assistance. Very shady spot- I promise you there are better options available!

Great area location good parking. The facility common areas were dirty mix match paint splotches and dirty walls and floors. The room was very clean though. The common area smelled awful lobby and hallways. The building itself needed maintenance . There was large gaps under the door to our room. Parking was inexpensive and easy out vehicle was safe and secured. The staff was friendly.

The street noice in room 209 was loud as hell. The room smelled like a damp coffin and one of the lamp lights were burning a whole into its shade.. No shower gel or shampoo in the containers. And the queen bed felt like it was slipping away from beneath me. I guess the saying is true. You get what you pay for. And that is the case here. Be warned.

Great location walking distance to Moda for events. Rooms are comfortable they do have a weird ordor but not overwhelming and mainly by room entrance not the entire room. Priced well for what you get would stay again

The location was great for the basketball game. Both the front desk out and the housekeepers were lovely. However, both beds were saggy. The sink was very dirty, and when we went for the continental breakfast, there was no butter, no coffee or coffee cups. We ended up having to go to Denny’s for breakfast. One of the reasons why we booked the hotel was because of the breakfast and the location. Also, it seems that someone was living in a motor home on the property?

Quality

Very clean, very comfortable room with a firm mattress that made for a great night's sleep. Hotel is within walking distance of some decent restaurants. Staff was friendly. Coffee at the front desk was good too.
