"The Villa is one of 6 in the block so the images in the listing are not the same as the one you may stay in.The football table was broken and no football in it anyhow.Pool area is nice however three of the 6 Sunbeds are broken with one being ripped. The villa is looking tired, fixtures in the bathrooms are broken, not enough kitchen utensils to cook with and if there are six staying in the villa, definitely not enough crockery.No cleaning products or anything left to use, so you need to buy everything or bring with you.We had a problem with the hot water and the property manager was very difficult to get hold of, I ended up having to go direct to the owner to get any response. Owner organised our transfers from Dalaman airport which were excellent.Local taxi service is great, press the button on the lamp column opposite the villa and the taxi arrives a couple of mins later!Local area restaurants are within a 5 min walk and are lovely, especially the steakhouse and Shiraz. supermarket a 10min stroll."

"Rooms are clean. Staff amazing not intrusive but welcominh friendly and helpful. Good for families who want a quieter holiday but a short bus trip for activitirs,shops etc. Good parking facilities "

"A cozy, clean hotel with a beautiful landscape. We should mention the delicious breakfasts, as the chef, Khalid Sardouan, does an excellent job. However, there are some minor drawbacks in the hotel, such as issues with hot water in the showers, which were insufficient for two people. Additionally, there were no warm blankets in late September, only light bedspreads."

"The property was as described and a good size for a group of 8 adults and the pool was very clean and maintained daily. The kitchen was well equipped for catering for the group and with enough utensils to prepare meals The location of the Villa is superb. Away from the main bustle of the high street but easy walking and with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in each direction and plenty of dolmuses at the bottom of the road. The was great communication with the host and he helped with airport transfers and recommending a competitively priced excursion company for paragliding, scuba diving and horse ridingAnd there is a local property manager for any issues when on holidayWe had a great holiday relaxing by the pooling and being active, and the supermarkets stocked everything you might need I look forward to returning. "

"We had a fantastic stay here, the property is well maintained, clean and with all amenities and comforts, there is air con throughout and all towels and linens provided. The pool is a great size and the outside kitchen area was great for preparing lunches for kids that didnt want to get out of the pool! The location was perfect, a supermarket 2 minutes away and only a few minutes from bars and restaurants with bus stops at the bottom of the hill.Overall we had a brilliant stay here and would definitely recommend "
