「We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was patient, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel like friends, not just guests, and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. We appreciated the fresh cookies at check-in, along with the ice cream, coffee, tea, and water that were always available. 「This was the most lovely New England room and home. We truly had an amazing time. Right next to a ton of lovely breakfast spots, ample parking, and about a 25 minute drive from Acadia. Would highly recommend!」

「My family and I stayed here and it was very nice. Pastries and coffee in the lobby. Didn't get enough time to use the pool or fitness center but they looked great. Couple of issues. Took us a few minutes to find the linens to make the sofa bed and the mattress was dirty. It wasn't very comfortable. Netflix was logged in and under another language and I couldn't figure out how to change it. The door was a bit sticky to close and open. I would stay here again as a couple though.」

「Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We...

「The price and location worked perfectly for us. It was wonderful to come back to some peace and quiet at the end of the day after being around So. Many. People. All day long. We had a private balcony overlooking a large lot where the kids played. It felt secluded even though it’s on a main road, walking distance to a bakery and coffee shop. The airport across the street was charming and we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. Thank you to these great hosts!」

「It is a older motel with some rooms remodeled. Great to put your head down for the night. We only stayed 1 night, on arrival got changed and went out, came back to sleep and leave first thing in the AM. Suited my needs」

「The location was alright. The room was outdated. The bathroom had rust on the heating unit. The cleaning lady did a nice job with what she had to work with. There seem to have a problem with the septic system for the flush didn’t always flush good.When the room was booked it said the pool would be open for the season 2026. When we arrived for a long weekend for July 4th the pool was closed and stayed closed until the last afternoon we were there. It was in the 90’s every day. The air...

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!」
