"The inside apartment was clean new. The first look of the house was old in appearance. The heating was not good in the BR off the kitchen. Bigger BR was toasty. Overall I would return in a minute. Biggest issue was only finding decafe coffee in the cupbord. :("

"This lovely little house looked newly renovated. It was clean and had everything we needed and wanted - comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. We were all adults but it would be a great house for a family to rent and they had lots of family board games to play. The neighborhood is quiet and it is not far from the cute Ellsworth downtown that is not overrun with tourists. We ate at 2 restaurants there - Finn’s Pub and Black Moon Public House, both of which were excellent. This house is a great VRBO find. Highly recommended!"

It is a beautiful house, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture - perfect for relaxing and visiting. We loved the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood with multiple shopping and dining options nearby. It took us about 35 minutes to drive to the Bar Harbor area."

"This old house was amazing! Plenty of room for the 21 of us. Such unique interior design, I think we counted 68 doors on the interior! The kitchen looked small from the pictures but there is an over abundance of storage areas. Probably the best stocked I have ever had in a vacation rental. Easy to get to Acadia too!"
