So enjoyable to sit back and watch the tide move in and out, observe eagles and gulls and keep an eye out for porpoises, whales, and otters. The cottage is comfortable, and full of interesting collectables, art and books about the region. Dennis was a fantastic host - very helpful and responsive to any question or need. It was such an enjoyable stay - I can't wait to get back!"

"Centrally located on Campobello, quiet but friendly, hosts were lovely. If your idea of glamping is a 5-star hotel just in a tent, this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for somewhere a little more comfortable and convenient than camping, don’t want to worry about whether it will rain, know what you’re getting into with a composting toilet, and a rustic outdoor shower is your idea of luxury, you’ll have a wonderful stay."

"The cottage was a comfortable space with spectacular views. We saw eagles, osprey, minke whales, seals (both harbour and grey types) as well as dozens of songbirds, etc right from the back deck and property. We even got to see a cruise ship pass by the house as it left port in Maine. The owner is beyond responsive. There was an issue with the back door lock and within hours it was fixed! Dennis is friendly and understands customer service. While some of the appliances are a bit outdated and at the end of their lives, we managed just fine. Overall a great experience and we look forward to returning or maybe trying another of this owner’s properties! "

"We had an amazing vacation at your gorgeous place. The house was so clean. Each bed had a basket of towels, soap, shampoo, razors etc... There was a full rack of spices, ice, k cup machine with a full stock of coffees, teas, hot chocolate. "
