「料金に見合ったサービスは無かった。1泊2万円も払ったのにドライヤー、シャンプー、コンディショナーは部屋に設置されていなかった。キャビンがオンボロ。キッチン付きとはいえ食器は古くて欠けているし、カトラリーも安物で使いにくかった。Wi-Fiはすぐに切れてしまう。観光地なので仕方無いのかもしれない。良かった点はオーナーの方がとても親切で感じが良かったこと、隣にスーパーがあること、ロッキーマウンテン国立公園巡りの拠点にするには場所が便利なこと。」

「This home is wonderful, The views of the lake & mountainside are spectacular. The jacuzzi tub was amazing after a long day of travel & skiing. A couple things that was a surprise was, 1. Not being allowed to have a fire in the fireplace in the middle of the snow covered Rocky Mountains. 2. The microwave is located very low in the cabinet below the range, which made warming our chili & stew we made for our week a little inconvenient. 3. We are from the south and love to cook a big breakfast...
