This was our first visit to Grand Junction, and really enjoyed our stay! The home was very cozy and comfortable, and property owner was very , welcoming, & helpful throughout our stay. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown. We loved relaxing on the back patio and front porch. Exploring the Colorado National Monument was an unforgettable experience! The shops & eateries downtown are so charming and there’s an huge variety for all tastes. Every local we encountered during our trip made it memorable and fun!
Short walk to downtown, which we took advantage of every day for meals and shopping. Also a very manageable walk to Mesa.
We really enjoyed our stay and felt like we got a nice taste of downtown living in Grand Junction.
We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the area around there. I will make this my go to stay when ever I am in Grand Junction as it is super close to everything. The house was clean and cozy and had all the comforts of home.
Pay attention to the parking instructions. Once you have that down, everything in this house is perfect. From the plethora of instructions to the plentitude of supplies, you will not miss anything staying in this cute and clean little house.
This was probably the best rental we have ever had throughout our travels. The house was perfectly clean, stocked better than any other, comfortable, warm and had a great water heater. I would stay here over and over. My husband even remarked about how it didn't even feel like it was 12 outside because it was so cozy. The house feels very safe and secure. Book it! You wondother,
Very cozy little home. Well decorated and clean. Most restaurants were a bit further than you’d like to walk in the heat we had during our stay though. Lots of beautiful sites to see in this area and this location worked perfect!
This is a fully-equipped and immaculate house centrally located in Grand Junction, in a great neighborhood. The owners have thought of everything and are great communicators. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.
This property was perfect for our stay! It was centrally located to everywhere we went. The house was what we expected from the description and pictures and had everything we needed! I would recommend this property and would stay there again when we go back to Grand Junction!
Wonderful trip to W Colorado with visits to Grand Mesa, CO Natl Monument and Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Great location in GJ close to downtown and super safe. Loved having off street parking and an outdoor space. Place had everything I needed.
Definitely recommend!
My wife and I stayed at the Cottage for a long weekend, to enjoy fall weather in Grand Junction and Grand Mesa. The Cottage was comfortable, quaint and well-stocked. Small details like labels on kitchen drawers and light switches made our stay very comfortable.
Second year in a row we’ve stayed at this property! Everything is clean, labeled, neatly organized… amazing! Gives me tips for my everyday life at home when I’m not vacationing. I absolutely adore this bungalow!
2 words... COMFY beds! Additionally, we were very pleased with quiet neighborhood, cozy back porch, the organization and amenities. If you want to cook... pretty much anything you would need is there and easy to find.
We were in town with family for the CMU graduation. The home was close to everything we needed. It was convenient to make meals as the kitchen was well stocked. I wish we had more time to enjoy the cute patio.
We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this home was one of our top two favorites. The home was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was excellently stocked for two people who often prefer to cook "at home" while traveling. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night -- really appreciated by someone like me who is a terribly light sleeper. The location is excellent -- walking distance to a really cute downtown, and just a short drive to shopping or any other amenity you may need. The patio space was our favorite -- such a comfortable, private space to hang out and enjoy the beautiful Grand Junction summer weather in the mornings and evenings. Communication was excellent. Five stars all around. We can't wait to go back!
Good space to move around overall. Bathroom is a little tight, reflecting the age. The living room is very comfortable. The patio can be a great space extension, I would want more shade, and the birds had come through and made a mess on the patio furniture. But the inside house was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees.
