Great private location with lake access and beautiful sunsets. Two bedrooms but great sleeping options in the living room if you need more beds. Very welcoming, comfortable with all the amenities you need to relax and just enjoy.

Very well appointed, great floor plan, comfortable beds, fantastic outdoor space and beautiful location. The host was very responsive and friendly. Granbury is a fun town, a great bonus we had not anticipated.

This place was awesome. Great location on the lake with a a great dock that made swimming/fishing fun. The house was super clean and the hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. They even had a great welcome basket with tons of snacks. We had zero issues, just a really great time. Thanks!

I have stayed in several places in Texas and New Mexico and this place is by far the best one yet! Often, places will be touched up in pics to improve how a place really looks. This one was even better than how it looked in pics. everything was perfect. My grandkids absolutely loved this one!!!

First - the attention to the little details around the residence is outstanding! NOT the sterile environment you find in some rentals. Second - so very clean when we arrived. Third - good location - right on the lake and close to Granbury; which is a great place by itself! Definitely a place to stay in the future - - - -

We enjoyed this location very much. House was great, view was exceptional, property manager communicated promptly and assisted with having flowers in the house upon our arrival for an anniversary weekend getaway. We will definitely be coming back again. The only negative, and it’s very very minor. Is lack of ice trays for making ice. Overall, I give it 5 of 5 stars

Spectacular location, beautiful property, incredibly kind hosts, could not have asked for a better experience. Pulling into our driveway after checking out I realized that we had left our favorite down pillows on the bed. We were so upset. I picked up the phone, was able to speak with a live person at the management company who then referred me directly to the owners whom we had met on our stay. The next day our incredible host meets me an hour from her home with our pillows and refused to take a penny from me as a thank you or gas money. These people were unbelievably kind. We will be booking with them again in the future. A++++ hosts 100%. Thank you so much from Kenneth and Edna.

It was a great place, had everything we needed. Loved the view and the convenience of town only a few miles away. Husband enjoyed fishing on the boat dock. Very quiet, nice and clean. Will definitely rent again

We stay there for a Tough Mudder competition that was nearby. The place iseEasy to find and close enough to town that it only takes a few minutes to reach it. Very clean, spacious, and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend and would definitely return if it’s available and I’m in the area again. Also, I would like to apologize to the owners for taking so long to leave a review. I just realized that I missed their property. There was a steakhouse nearby that is worth checking out also.

This house has been one of our favorites in Granbury! We often go to Granbury for the weekend. This house is our favorite to stay at! Fully stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. No outrageous checkout things. Close to downtown but not so close it’s busy. The lake is out the back yard! The fire pit was very relaxing. Great place!
