A: Yes, we have a dock with numbers where you can tie up your boat or jet ski

Q: Where is the nearest boat ramp?
A: The closest public boat ramp via car is across from Mesquite Pit restaurant on Pearl St. (It is a 14 minute drive) The restaurant address is 919 E Pearl St, Granbury. The entrance to the boat ramp area is directly across from it on the other side of of Pearl St.

Q: Where can I park my boat and trailer?
A: A trailer/boat can be parked in the driveway.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No, but you can still find my kids swimming in it most of the year.

Q: Can we bring our furry family member?
A: Unfortunately, our home is not pet friendly.

Additional Details to Note:

Stays over 10 days:
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.

Monthly Cleaning:
For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.

Pool Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs every Thursday morning.
