The location is Central, on a busy bazaar-like Street. I would advise travelers at the entrance way to the hotel is in a little alcove off of the main Street... Besides being difficult to find, it's appearance is pretty awful, which may be why there are no photos of the entrance on the hotel's website

This hotel is adorable and in a perfect location. Really quaint and charming. It has a coffee machine and modern shower. Well located for an Alhambra visit and walkable to many areas.

We had a decent sized room, with a balcony. It was very clean and fresh. There are small supermarkets and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Das Apartment liegt im Herzen der Altstadt. Das Gebäude ist daher auch ein sehr altes und schönes, dies sollte einem bei der Buchung nur bewusst sein. Grundsätzlich ist alles sehr sauber, jedoch kommt es hier und da aufgrund des Gebäudes zu einigen altersbedingt Verschmutzungen. Wer so einen Charme liebt, würde sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider ist die Küche etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist aufgrund der Lage nicht barrierefrei erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur sehr wenig vorhanden und wenn, dann nur in einem Parkhaus möglich.

Hébergement dans un moche quartier. Aucun stationnement aux alentours, les parkings publics sont toujours complets. Pas accessible, l’entrée de la résidence est en haut de marches, et pour accéder à l’ascenseur à l’intérieur il faut monter des marches. Mal entretenus, poussières et toiles d’araignées.

El lugar ea súper céntrico y acogedor. Solo que los pisos de arriba son en madera y los otros inquilinos hicieron mucho ruido en la madrugada.

100% recommend staying here. The studio is big, the kitchenette includes a microwave, stove, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, some plates and glasses. Good for one or two people. The beds (I reserved a double bed but I had two single beds put together) were comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly, even when it was 35 degrees outside I didnt feel it inside. The location is unbeatable, right where the Albayzin starts, lots of businesses around. A minimarket less than 20 seconds from the door, and a Carrefour express 5 minutes away. Many Arabic restaurants to choose from, for any budget. Via de Colon is a minute away and from there it's easy to take the 33 to the bus station, or anywhere in the city really. Most of the Andalusian monuments are a short walk away, the Alhambra is 20 minutes away walking (although it is a steep walk). You hear a little bit of noise from outside but not a lot. For the most part it's quiet at night, not really an area of bars although lots of hotels and Airbnbs. Communication with the owners is by WhatsApp (no reception per se) but they're super quick to respond. The only negative thing to say is that doors are heavy so they're loud when they close. But there are so few studios that is not a big problem.
