This hotel is adorable and in a perfect location. Really quaint and charming. It has a coffee machine and modern shower. Well located for an Alhambra visit and walkable to many areas.

100% recommend staying here. The studio is big, the kitchenette includes a microwave, stove, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, some plates and glasses. Good for one or two people. The beds (I reserved a double bed but I had two single beds put together) were comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly, even when it was 35 degrees outside I didnt feel it inside. The location is unbeatable, right where the Albayzin starts, lots of businesses around. A minimarket less than 20 seconds from the door, and a Carrefour express 5 minutes away. Many Arabic restaurants to choose from, for any budget. Via de Colon is a minute away and from there it's easy to take the 33 to the bus station, or anywhere in the city really. Most of the Andalusian monuments are a short walk away, the Alhambra is 20 minutes away walking (although it is a steep walk). You hear a little bit of noise from outside but not a lot. For the most part it's quiet at night, not really an area of bars although lots of hotels and Airbnbs. Communication with the owners is by WhatsApp (no reception per se) but they're super quick to respond. The only negative thing to say is that doors are heavy so they're loud when they close. But there are so few studios that is not a big problem.

The apartments are located perfectly in the center and you can walk everywhere. The room/apartment was nice, good aircondition and it had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small but coming from Copenhagen we are used to that. The only negative thing is that I kept getting emails from the hotel before arrival asking me to check in via a link. I did that, but received several emails after that with the same request. That is annoying and it creates doubt that I had filled out the forms correct. It must be possible to set the system up so that it doesn’t send those emails once the form is filled. On top of the check in they also ask you to fill out a registration form before arrival and I don’t know why that’s not combined. Quite irritating when you are travelling around Spain and they ask you to fill out things all the time. But I recommend the place and Granada is an amazing city

Overall, the location and the property are great. Even though they don’t have concierge around, they are easy to get in touch with over the phone. The room was spacious, but the AC wasn’t working well and the bathroom light or the water heater was making a strange sound whenever we used the bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but they definitely need to fix few things to make it a more enjoyable stay.

The property itself is wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the hotel did not provide the necessary self check-in information as early as promised (24 hours prior). They were also non-reponsive to our inquiries abou this. It took 3 chats with Expedia before we received the self check-in information (font door entry code and keybox code for room). Because we did not arrive until 6 hours after their check-in time and because no staff is onsite at the property, we were very anxious about what would happen. In the future, I encourage this hotel to either change their 24 hour notification claim or to be more responsive to customer inquiries.

Nous avions réservé 4 appartements et nous avions chacun un code d'ouverture de la porte pour avoir accès à une boîte à clef avec un nouveau code pour ouvrir la porte de l'appartement. Mais nous ne savions pas que le premier code était à faire à un seul endroit pour tous et nous avons dû téléphoner pour comprendre !
