"Everything about our stay at this hotel was excellent. From the communication, to the welcome we received and our wonderful room. It was all fantastic. We had no idea when we booked that we had actually booked The Level. This was like a small hotel within the hotel. It gave us access to a beautiful terrace and breakfast just for people on Level 6. There were snacks, beers, wine and soft drinks available at no cost from 11-8pm every day. Then between 5&7pm there was a wider array of food and drink on offer for no extra cost. This was such a lovely surprise and we did use it but no one seemed to abuse it which was lovely. The staff were beyond helpful and kind which was a joy after a very stressful journey there due to train issues. Granada is beautiful and this hotel was the icing on the cake for us. We would heartily recommend. "

"The hotel had a great historic feel to it and our room was huge with a view of Alhambra. Staff were delightful and it was such a pleasant change from the disinterested staff in Barcelona. Some great restaurant suggestions. Continental breakfast was very convenient and pleasant. When you walk out the front door you step into a vibrant happy Granada. So many eateries in the surrounding streets, spoilt for choice. The place comes alive at 10pm but we heard no noise inside the hotel. Only hiccup was I asked for a view, so we were on the 5th floor. The quaint old lift only goes to 3! Two lovely staff carried our big suitcases up and down for us- how kind. Would definitely return for longer. (and stay on the third floor). "

"Very central for shops, bars and restaurant. Easy taxi drive to Alhambra. Breakfast was good and substantial. Front desk staff were really helpful and friendly"

"Fabulous location. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, shower pressure great. A bit noisy with doors closing but not really a problem. When taking a car there you need to go down the bus/ taxi only lane which is a bit intimidating due to threats of fines etc staff were very reassuring. "

"The hotel is absolutely fabulous, the location can’t be beat, the rooftop pool and views phenomenal and everyone that works there, especially Javier and Rafa, were amazing and so helpful. If you are going to Granada, this is a MUST!!!! We are already planning to stay there again later this year. Loved everything about this hotel! 10/10!!!!"

"Perfect location for Alhambra. There are regular buses to and from the main town in Granada so it’s easy to get about. We were worried we would be out of the city but buses made the hill a 10 minute ride to cathedral area. Pool is great for the temperature! Reasonable priced. We had the breakfast as we wanted to get out easily - it was good value with lots of options for all dietary requirements "
