「予約を間違えて、２部屋とってしまって、すぐ気づいて返金を要求したが、返金不可のプランだからダメといわれた。WEBの打ち間違いのミスなのに対応してもらなかった。こちらにも落ち度はあったが、２度と宿泊することはないと思う。」

「The breakfast was outstanding. Overall service was impeccable. The location is fantastic, with great panoramic views from the roof top. The rooms are good, but not great. It would have been nice for the pools water to be heated during this time of the year. Overall a good to very good experience. 」

「We really liked our stay. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Utilities were modern and new. Do not bring hair dryer as they have it even though it is not advertised online. Friday and Saturdays are pretty loud at downstairs clubs/pubs overnight so be ready. The Italian cafe downstairs serve good coffee. I used Bex Hotel’s gym which was small but did the job. Hotel’s rooftop was excellent with harbour view. 」
