「The front desk staff treated us like it was our job to find items, services, etc. They were sloppy in their attire, hung out in the lobby, and ignored guests as they came in. Your parking lot is hardly big enough for the number of rooms you have. If anyone has an electric car-DON’T book here. You need to reserve with the understanding that nothing else around is available.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this Mt. Hood VRBO last week.The room was clean, warm, and spacious. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the kitchen was stocked well enough that making dinner and breakfast was easy.Being on the top floor meant a fun view — though the 50 stairs definitely gave us a daily workout .
