Close to station comfortable and great value.

Big hotel very close to the station and Flygbussarna stop. Efficient and friendly check in and lucky to find room ready a little early. Good breakfast with two buffet areas so no crush for food. Really comfortable bed and nice quiet room. Would choose Scandic Europa again.

Great Location

This hotel seems relatively new. It was clean, comfortable and the start were efficiently friendly. The location was great, bus, trains, trams and taxis all available right outside but the city is easily walkable. Breakfast was comprehensive, having something for everyone.

The room was clean and very spacious for a hotel located in city center. It was a 2 min walk to Nordstran and maybe 5 to the train station. Breakfast was fine with some good breads but without anything extraordinary.

This hotel was clean and the staff provided good service. The location is very convenient. I’ve stayed at several hotels of the same class in Scandinavia, but the breakfast here wasn't very good. It was disappointing that the view from the window was of the shopping mall escalators, but the interior of the room was lovely.

Great location, otherwise average

Stayed here for 3 nights for a conference - central location is good and handy for walking and public transport. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean enough and bed comfortable but bathroom is extremely basic and climate control poor. Common parts were poorly lit and grubby, no hoovering done and lift dirty & very smelly. Breakfast average and in a poorly lit room but very cheap.

Decent hotel but “rip off” on early check-ins

Decent hotel in convenient location across from the Central Station. Was advised beforehand by email that check in started at 16:00 but early check in was possible for a charge. This did not impact on me as I arrived after 17:00 but I strongly object to this “ryanairisation” of travel where what was previously free was now chargeable. The later opening of check-in compared to the normal time of 15:00 exacerbates this “rip-off”. As a consequence I am unlikely to return here.

Staff very accomodating and even gave us a small upgrade to our room. Did indicate the breakfast buffet was included which was the only real let down as they stated when we attended that it wasn’t, however that was still fantastic and worth the money. Room clean and tidy, everything required was there. Would stay again!
