Nice hotel. Very central. A bit worn on the edges of the furniture in the room. Did experience one employee that wasn’t very customer friendly. The rest of the employees were super nice.

Only one person was helpful. There was no soap in the shower, I had to go downstairs at 10:30pm to get it while my wife was in the shower. They advertise laundry but all they offer is a laundry service. Parking was a nightmare, could not get into parking because the desk clerk took down the wrong plate number, they did fix this. I would NOT stay again or recommend this hotel.

This hotel was clean and the staff provided good service. The location is very convenient. I’ve stayed at several hotels of the same class in Scandinavia, but the breakfast here wasn't very good. It was disappointing that the view from the window was of the shopping mall escalators, but the interior of the room was lovely.

Hôtel central et agréable

Hôtel super, confortable, propre et personnel très sympa et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le petit dej et l’efficacité du service de nettoyage. Seul point négatif, le hamman non mixte donc impossible d’en profiter en couple.
