Skønt hotel i stille område.

Meget stille by, lige bag Bob slæde bane mm. Skønne vandreture i området er muligt. Men wellness massage er ikke værd at kaste penge efter! Den dårligste massage - absolut ingen interesse fra personalet i sit arbejde.

Das Hotel war super. Mein Zimmer und das Bad waren geräumig und sauber. Die Rezeption war geschlossen und ich sollte meine Zimmerkarte im Restaurant abholen. Der Herr war vom Gefühl her überfordert und wirkte genervt. Am Morgen das Personal beim Frühstück war ebenfalls freundlich und das Frühstück war Klasse.

Et lidt slidt og “spraglet” hotel. Trænger til lidt maling her og der.. Lidt trist morgenmad. Familieværelset nr 212 var rummeligt og fint indrettet. Personalet er søde, men virker som de lidt lever i en anden tidslomme. Ville nok vælge et andet hotel næste gang.

Dejligt stille område med vandreruter lige udenfor døren. Desværre kun en forholdsvis trist buffet der kunne tilkøbes om aftenen på trods af reklame om div. retter og et menukort, der var ikke de store muligheder for at spise ude i byen da det meste havde lukket. Vi fandt dog heldigvis den sidste dag et lækkert a’la carte menu kort på andet hotel så vi fik smagt lidt godt af de tyske retter😊 Overtjeneren på hotel Walpurgishof var desværre en meget presset og stresset mand hvilket indimellem skabte nogle ubehagelige situationer da både tjenere og gæster fik ubehagelige overhalinger, han fik dog også meldte ganske klart ud at de ikke kunne tilgode se gæsters behov da han var i mangel af tjenere👀 Derimod var der en rigtig hyggelig stemning under morgenbuffet hvor det var en anden person der havde overblikket. Personalet i receptionen var venlige , de undskyldte den grove tone i restauranten. Det kunne have været rart om personalet var lidt mere opdateret på at beskrive og henvise til vandreruter og andre restauranter , men de forsøgte dog og tonen var ok. Værelset var fint, vi havde hund med og det fung. uden problemer. De bør dog se nærmere på personalets trivsel da det smitter af på oplevelsen at stemningen er så stresset og ubehagelig.

Pænt hotel

Værelset var virkelig fint og rent og hotellet har en god beliggenhed. Personalet på restauranten kommanderede rundt med os og ville bestemme hvor vi skulle sidde. Vi var interesseret i at vide, hvad deres aftenbuffet bestod af, men det var de ikke i stand til at forklare os. Ved stillede spørgsmål fik vi meget hårde svar. Vi fravalgte at spise aftensmad der og fandt et meget hyggeligt sted ikke langt fra hotellet.

Das Hotel Walpurgishof in Goslar-Hahnenklee ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich.Die Zimmer sauber,konfortabel eingerichtet...zum wohlfühlen.Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich von allem vorhanden.
