"Our stay was amazing!! Usually when we visit Pensacola Beach, we drive - but we flew this time and it was so nice to have EVERYTHING that we needed to enjoy the beach!! The walk was super short and we loved that we could see the beach and the sound from the balcony. Donna was super helpful and also made sure that we knew about the Blue Angels beach buzz. We will be back!!!"

"Went on a weekend get away, good for a lay over or 3 day weekend. The place is how it’s displayed. Everything was close by. The Kayak(s) were a very nice touch to explore the ocean right out the back door. We were able to see a few stingrays and fishes. The host was great, response time was very quick. Lovely people.thank you all for everything. "

"We booked the deluxe condo but some things were broken in our room when we got there like the shade wouldn’t pull down to block the sun in the morning and the back door wouldn’t lock leading to the balcony which was scary for my kids. Overall though it was a nice place! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The inside is cozy and clean. My son loved fishing from the little dock and my daughter loved feeding the ducks! The only thing I wish was added was heavy curtains in the main bedroom windows. The door to the balcony had curtains but the windows only had thin shades. It lets a lot of light in at night because of the lights that stay on outside the complex. Other than that, it was perfect. "

"Really enjoyed this stay at the property. We came in with our family for Labor Day weekend and although it was crazy busy in Downtown Pensacola, this property is further away in a quiet neighborhood. The house and rooms are very clean and overall the property is extremely well maintained. A big plus is the huge patio and the gas grill where you can enjoy a nice evening grilled steak. We will definitely come back next time "

"Was perfect for our family!)! Plenty of room for our 14 people. Will possibly stay again soon. The bay was amazing. The kids had a blast. The furniture needs updating our cleaned. Didn't like the extra charge for the extra guest over 5. $900. Was a little excessive!"

"The condo was very clean and nice. The only issue we had was at no fault of the host. Unfortunately we were there during some construction so it was loud. And we had some smoking neighbors so sitting on the lovely balcony was something we didnt get to enjoy much. The views are amazing. Overall this was a very nice stay! "

"This was our third stay at this guest suite in a year. We love the location for many reasons, mostly being steps away from the beach. It is very clean and has the necessities we need away from home. The host is on site if needs arise but we havent had any issues. Perfect for a single, couple, or couple and one child or teen who are there to spend a vacation on the beach with a comfy room to sleep, have some light meals or dine out at many places a few minutes away, or hop the trolly with a stop...

"This unit was excellent and as advertised. The beach was about 800 feet away across Fort Pickens road and easily accessed. The fact that beach chairs and some toys were already there also helped in packing for our trip with small children. There is a beach umbrella at the time of this review but it was in pretty rough shape although it still served the purpose.
