They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude. Room was ok, it was dirty behind the bed walls and hidden places. I will not recommend staying there and find yourself a better and kinder staff to work with. The only thing was nature and sea, which has nothing to do with this hotel."

"Flamm is a wonderful hotel. We spent 5 amazing days as a family of 4 (two teenagers) in a Flamm suite with a terrace overlooking the beach. The suite was very comfortable and impeccably maintained. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely deck on the water, a nice sized garden with a bar and a huge pool. The beachfront restaurant is excellent. Drinks - and particularly beers - are not cheap but not out of line with premium hotels in Turkey. You get an excellent full Turkish breakfast with the room rate. Excellent and very warm service all around, from the front desk to the waiters. Special mention for Ersel and Murat. Great day out on the boat with Engen."
