I do not believe that Hilton actively evaluates any of its labeled properties for conformance to any minimum standards - except possibly for those it owns directly which are most certainly the higher priced ones."

"We really enjoyed our visit to Fenwick Island. We brought 3 dogs who did very well in the yard. My Mother turned 90 that weekend and the first floor bedroom was perfect for her. My brother and his wife just loved the upstairs Master Bedroom. The location was convenient to several restaurants. The first night we had pizza delivered from Tudos which was delicious. The weekend was just perfect for us. Thank you for opening up your home to us."
