"Best hotel in San Juan, Alicante. No question about it. However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. "5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!!
